Key Responsibilities

•Develops a statewide network of RS providers across private/public sectors (hospitals, universities, schools, etc.) and negotiates rates with providers
•Establishes contracts with service providers and ensures compliance (licensure, documentation) and maintains provider database
•Uses the RS Manager (RSM) or other databases to ensure prompt delivery of RS and correct placement within timelines
•Monitors RS data, invoices, and student information to ensure IEP/RS goals are met and attendance tracked
•Trains stakeholders on RS platforms and school policies, including training providers, therapists, and school staff on RS processes and systems

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Experience working with public or charter schools
•Experience working with special education and/or Related Services (RS)
•Experience with Medicaid billing (desired)
•Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
•Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
