Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage processing and quality assurance of correspondence (cables, memorandums, letters, briefing papers) for consistency with Department standards.
  • •Direct clearance and prioritize incoming memos, submissions, and reports, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • •Serve as the principal administrator for the CA/P SharePoint site, building advanced workflows, managing permissions, and ensuring compliance.
  • •Lead development and clearance of media/press guidance, talking points, congressional engagement, and messaging campaigns.

Key Requirements
