Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate planning and kickoff workshops with internal and external stakeholders
  • •Facilitate design reviews with external partners and run large-scale workshops as needed
  • •Author scopes of work for contracts, gain buy-in, and issue/administer contracts
  • •Define and track deliverables, and track cost, schedule, progress, and scope
  • •Provide health reporting and ensure engineering information is issued to the right party, at the right time, in the right format

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field
  • •Professional licensure (PE, NCARB, RA) strongly preferred, or significant professional experience (+10 years) may substitute
  • •Prior experience with data center design and/or construction
  • •Strong understanding of construction principles and practices
  • •Working understanding of AutoCAD for drawing reviews/mark-ups
