Lead high-complexity technical engagements for enterprise accounts by driving end-to-end discovery across workflows and systems. Architect multi-solution proposals and deployment paths, develop a Customer Technical Vision (CTV), and translate outcomes into clear ROI and solution justification. Serve as a strategic technical advisor, build long-term stakeholder relationships, coordinate escalations, and collaborate with Account Executives to identify multi-solution expansion opportunities and revenue growth.
