Manager - Deposits Product Management, Checking

Own the day-to-day management of Ally’s checking deposits product, using customer experience insights, consumer needs, and data/VOC research to identify and recommend product growth opportunities. Lead product and customer change initiatives from planning through implementation, aligning business requirements across technology, operations, contact center, digital, analytics, and marketing. Report business results and manage vendor performance while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation in a changing regulatory environment.
