Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions while delivering a high-quality banking experience. Educate clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking, and support sales efforts through outbound calling and identifying client needs or offers. Play an active role in Integrated Relationship Management by partnering with branch teams for new account openings, problem resolution, and ongoing product and service recommendations. Follow risk management and internal control procedures.
