Manager - Resource Manager - Ports & Terminals - Mundra

Lead and implement the resource management process for the business unit to ensure seamless serviceability. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on resource planning and allocation, coordinating with HC, engineering, and operations. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, maintain monthly operator incentive and productivity sheets, and prepare performance reports for the Operations Manager and HOD. Drive process improvements to reduce operator overtime and optimize performance while supporting risk and safety.
