Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Scrum team, including frontend, backend, data, and/or AI engineers.
  • •Transform and optimize current software engineering processes and practices.
  • •Design, build, and maintain data-driven web apps and reporting solutions.
  • •Implement data integration solutions, including publishing to the company data lake.
  • •Support monitoring and troubleshooting, and coach other engineers (including vendors) while documenting processes and architectures.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated leadership skills and experience leading a technical team (with members that don’t report directly to you).
  • •Advanced hands-on experience with frontend technology including Python, ReactJS, NextJS, and JavaScript.
