Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead a scalable production engine to deliver elite, field-ready service and training offerings across the Professional Services Portfolio.
  • •Own the full collateral and course-delivery lifecycle, from initial brief through go-to-market launch, keeping content current and on-brand.
  • •Manage platforms and governance, including the LMS, global PS collateral library, access management, and quality/content review standards.
  • •Serve as the bridge between Production and Sales Enablement/Prime GTM to align collateral roadmaps with field needs.
  • •Lead a global, cross-timezone team and track production metrics (throughput, quality, cycle time) to drive continuous improvements and timely releases.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years managing people, projects, and cross-functional processes in professional services or training-content environments.
  • •3+ years of direct people-management experience leading creative and/or technical production staff.
  • •Experience aligning service or training offerings to go-to-market, marketing, or sales-enablement processes.
  • •Hands-on exposure to the full content/product delivery lifecycle (requirements, design, production, review, launch).
