WFH Account Manager

Manage a portfolio of clients as the primary point of contact for account management matters at Rescom Financial Services. Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships, understand customer needs, and provide tailored advice across financial services. Guide clients through complex processes, collaborate with internal teams to meet requirements, identify account growth opportunities, and maintain up-to-date mortgage industry knowledge. Provide regular account status reports and updates to senior management.
