Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Managers and Senior Sales Reps to achieve sales targets.
•Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, pipeline coaching, and deal strategy sessions.
•Own team sales performance, including pipeline progression, conversion rates, and accurate forecasting.
•Implement structured pipeline reviews and sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger.
•Partner with senior leadership and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to execute commercial strategy and improve processes.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in SaaS; FinTech experience preferred.
•3+ years leading and developing high-performing BDM or AE teams.
•Demonstrated success managing full sales cycles and delivering revenue targets through team performance.
•Strong coaching and leadership skills with a passion for developing sales professionals.
•Advanced CRM experience using platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, plus familiarity with modern B2B sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger).
