Join the Credit Risk & Receivable Collections team as a Senior Analyst, working with hotel partners to collect commissions and marketing campaign fees. Handle overdue payments via calls and emails, maintain invoice status in the CRM, respond to partner inquiries, and escalate uncollected cases to a partner Debt Collection Agency when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of outstanding receivables through persistent follow-ups and prompt dispute resolutions.
•Recover overdue payments from partners via calls and emails while meeting collection rate and outreach targets.
•Establish contact with hotel owners/management and negotiate to ensure prompt collection while maintaining relationships.
•Monitor, update, and manage invoice statuses in the CRM system, and respond to partner inquiries within required TATs.
•Identify pain points in the collection workflow, coordinate with the Pay-in team for payment evidence, and escalate cases to the partner Debt Collection Agency when overdue remains uncollected.

Key Requirements

•Preferred background in collections within the finance or tourism industry.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B debt collection, with 5–10 years total in the field.
•Strong negotiation skills, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
