Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage medium-term production capacity planning for 18 months and update monthly actual labor hours results.
  • •Own the SIOP process end-to-end, from forecast generation through capacity planning implementation and execution validation.
  • •Develop customer demand forecasts using historical data, customer forecasts, product/market knowledge, and Sales input; lead demand review for S&OP validation.
  • •Prepare and facilitate capacity review and executive SIOP meetings; collect market information and drive stakeholders to complete follow-up action plans.
  • •Analyze variances between forecasts and actuals, define/monitor action plans with planning and production teams, and continuously improve capacity management tools.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of supply chain experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Experience with SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) and demand forecasting/demand planning tools.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel) and ERP systems.
  • •Strong industrial/manufacturing environment knowledge; technical English proficiency.
