Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, train, and coach associates; appraise performance and initiate performance management and development.
  • •Execute production plans and schedules, optimize workflow and resources, and oversee inventory control and accurate record-keeping.
  • •Track, analyze, and report KPIs across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost, implementing corrective actions.
  • •Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations, conduct safety training, lead 5 Why investigations, and implement corrective actions to close safety observations.
  • •Implement SOPs and lean initiatives (including 5S/CANDO and TPM), troubleshoot equipment failures within scope, complete e-Maintenance work orders, and resolve issues with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • •3–5 years in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution operations (sheet metal/custom fabrication a plus).
  • •Proven team leadership and development experience, including coaching and performance management.
  • •Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement (preferred).
  • •Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience preferred, with mechanical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting and flexibility for extended hours/weekends.
