Key Responsibilities

  • •Recommend, plan, implement, and coordinate HR programs, policies, and day-to-day personnel activities per legal and company guidelines.
  • •Support HR functions including recruitment, personnel records, employee/labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development, training, and special projects.
  • •Assist in developing and communicating HR policies and procedures via employee booklets, communications, and/or meetings.
  • •Coordinate recruitment and support selection and promotion processes for hourly and salaried roles; handle day-to-day employee relations issues.
  • •Maintain affirmative action and EEO plans; serve as liaison for employee health and welfare benefits and facilitate employee orientation and ERG/inclusion activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •3+ years of HR experience supporting manufacturing operations.

  • •Discretion and ability to work with highly sensitive, confidential materials; good business judgment.
