Service Operations Coordinator (German Speaker)

Full-time Service Operations role delivering high-quality customer and partner support for foodora, across daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll monitor KPIs, maintain SOPs, support new initiatives, collaborate with internal teams and BPO partners, and undergo mandatory in-person training in Budapest. Fluency in English and German, plus strong communication, are required to ensure operational alignment and excellent service.
