Job Summary

Own international Sales Operations work across EMEA and APJ as part of the SOPS team. Serve as the first point of contact for new hires, run onboarding sessions, and assign territories and accounts. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the SOPS point of contact for new hires during their first 30 days, running onboarding sessions and AE walkthroughs
•Own key reporting initiatives including new hire ramp and tenured AE reporting, tool adoption, quota attainment progression, and SPIFF tracking and payout eligibility
•Drive territory operations by validating territory assignments after re-carves or headcount changes and leading SFDC hygiene cleanups and Salesforce hygiene projects (account merges, ownership transfers, field standardization)
•Lead SOPS help queue automation by moving from manual ticket logging to automated resolution, identifying recurring SFDC errors, triaging inbound AE requests, and partnering with IT/Sales Systems to build automation
•Run weekly EMEA POV Approval Board operations, including logistics, messaging, capturing outcomes, maintaining the dataset, and evolving the process toward a lighter automated model

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a related field
•Hands-on Salesforce experience
•Strong attention to detail with a process-first mindset
•Clear, professional written communication in a Slack-heavy async environment
•Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data validation and light analysis
