Job Summary

Manage and oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including negotiation, drafting, and review. Partner with sales, legal, and finance to ensure successful contract execution while meeting company policies and applicable laws. Provide contractual support such as interpreting terms and conditions and handling flow-downs. Identify and mitigate risks from non-standard conditions and customer-directed changes to protect the company’s interests.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including negotiation, drafting, and review, and provide contractual support for assigned accounts.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide strategic advice.
•Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
•Interpret contract terms and conditions and support negotiation flow-down across related contractual documents.
•Identify and mitigate risks from non-standard conditions and customer-directed changes in proposed contractual documents.

Key Requirements

•Experience managing and negotiating contracts.
•Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms and conditions.
•Expertise in contract management tools and negotiation techniques.
•Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written) with legal and business terminology; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
•Relevant degree in Law, Business, or related field.
