Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute day-to-day APAC payroll activities, including end-to-end payroll processing for supported countries.
  • •Perform post-payroll audits and reporting, preparing metrics and tracking errors.
  • •Review current payroll processes to identify improvement opportunities, standardize workflows, and mitigate risk.
  • •Maintain documentation of payroll processes and procedures, including process maps and payroll training manuals.
  • •Oversee payroll system testing for version and legislative updates, and participate in internal/external audits and related compliance documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of APAC payroll experience as a Payroll Analyst for a large multi-country employer or an equivalent diploma/bachelor’s degree in accounting, HR, or a related field.
  • •Deep working knowledge of APAC payroll statutory regulations and government payroll requirements.
  • •Experience working with various payroll systems and maintaining payroll systems/tools used to compute and record payroll items.
  • •Experience with audits (internal/external), compliance documentation, and statutory/regulatory requirements.
  • •Strong analytical, organization, and planning skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple payroll projects in a fast-paced environment.
