Project Manager IV, Transformation

Lead large-scale business process transformation initiatives and build detailed project plans to deliver change across WGU colleges, students, and employees. Combine traditional project management with transformation methodologies, including business process architecture mapping and future-state planning workshops. Coordinate closely with Education Technology leadership, process owners, and stakeholders to plan, secure commitments, manage interdependencies, deliver on schedule/cost/service levels, and ensure successful deployment through process and EdTech solutions.
