Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for Coach. Meet individual and store sales goals through clienteling, cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while using mobile POS and social selling tools. Support day-to-day store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and asset protection. Build lasting client relationships, maintain service standards, and collaborate with teammates to drive loyalty and revenue.
