Key Responsibilities

  • •Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables in consultation with clients and stakeholders.
  • •Establish and maintain project governance, processes, and systems while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, health, and environment standards.
  • •Develop and manage detailed project plans, monitoring progress, performance, and risks throughout delivery.
  • •Manage project budget, resources, and ensure timely, accurate invoicing and reporting.
  • •Communicate and coordinate with project teams, clients, and consultants; prepare regular updates and lead resolution of conflicts or problems.

Key Requirements

  • •Educated to degree level and holding a construction/property related academic qualification.
  • •Ideally professionally qualified (or working towards) in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture.
  • •Experience delivering CAT B office fit-out projects, preferably in a consultancy environment.
  • •Excellent project management skills across planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
