Lead and develop a team of New Partner Experience agents to onboard restaurants in Belgium and drive order growth in the first 8 weeks, within Deliveroo's SMB team. You’ll coach staff, manage performance, collaborate with other Team Leads, and ensure partnerships are set up for success while meeting targets in a hybrid Manchester-based role.
