RF Engineer

Create and maintain communications-electronics operating instruction documents at the Joint Task Force level, managing global frequency assignments across HF to EHF bands. Support SATCOM and spectrum management work for legacy and emerging systems, including processing electronic attack requests and coordinating frequency assignment actions with U.S. and international stakeholders. Use spectrum management and SATCOM planning tools (e.g., Spectrum XXI, JIST/JSPB) to generate and track requests, maintain technical procedures, and support delivery of global data and video services.
