Commercial Operations Loan Closer II

Ensure complex commercial loans are closed and documented in line with Citizens Business Banking credit policy. Book loans accurately into the loan accounting system, perform due diligence and operational risk reviews, and verify conditions precedent are met before closing or funding. Manage a pipeline of 25–30 transactions while communicating clearly with partners, customers, and legal counsel. Reconcile loan accounting records and clear post-closing documentation exceptions while meeting compliance and KPI requirements.
