Senior Partner Development Program Manager

Own the success of OEM and technology partners, including a new plugin marketplace, by managing the partner lifecycle from onboarding through activation and renewal. Drive operational success and revenue goals using one-to-many communication, automation, and AI, while partnering cross-functionally to ensure contract obligations and systems for royalty/revenue-share agreements. Monitor engagement health and customer satisfaction and translate partner success metrics into programs that scale the ecosystem.
