Job Summary

Support Applied Materials’ Taiwan logistics operations by aligning cross-region logistics processes for strategic accounts and translating customer service needs into scalable, sustainable solutions. Coordinate resolution of urgent requests and process exceptions, standardize and continuously improve end-to-end logistics (inbound, inventory, quality, outbound), and analyze operating models across regions to recommend process harmonization that improves efficiency and service delivery.

•Coordinate the resolution of urgent customer requests, process exceptions, and operational issues with relevant stakeholders.
•Support cross-region logistics process alignment for strategic accounts (e.g., TSMC) to enable knowledge sharing and process consistency.
•Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and operations teams to translate customer business requirements into scalable logistics solutions across inbound, inventory, quality, and outbound.
•Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and compliance.
•Analyze and compare logistics operating models across global customer programs and recommend process harmonization and best-practice sharing.

Key Requirements

•5–7 years of working experience in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering (IE), or process improvement fields.
•Experience analyzing service requirements using service-level and cost evaluations.
•Strong capability to translate customer business requirements into scalable logistics solutions.
•In-depth knowledge of logistics and depot operations across inbound, inventory management, quality assurance, and outbound delivery.
•Ability to influence and align cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders without supervisory responsibility.
