Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the resolution of urgent customer requests, process exceptions, and operational issues with relevant stakeholders.
  • •Support cross-region logistics process alignment for strategic accounts (e.g., TSMC) to enable knowledge sharing and process consistency.
