Key Responsibilities

  • •Foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
  • •Assess customers’ banking needs and recommend deposit and loan solutions based on individual goals.
  • •Maintain working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and digital/self-service offerings.
  • •Provide an optimal client experience by greeting clients and processing basic transactions, service requests, and account openings.
  • •Educate customers on emerging and self-service digital products and submit credit applications as needed while using resources to ensure accuracy and operational excellence.
