Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in product set-up
  • •Perform UAT Testing of products before promoting to live environment, and ensure proper sign off
  • •Create new UW guideline in the core system when there’s new product code/ plan code created
  • •Resolve system problems by referring to policies, procedures, specifications
  • •Review of system process flow and perform cross functional impact analysis, when necessary, on new product or product enhancement
