Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the maintenance team has required tools, parts, and resources to perform work effectively and safely.
  • •Support the Operations Manager with maintenance systems, schedules, and procedures and communicate initiatives to the maintenance team.
  • •Conduct safety meetings, provide compliance training, and participate in facility safety drills.
  • •Oversee contractor work on site to ensure compliance with facility standards and procedures.
  • •Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs, plan/budget maintenance activities, inspect completed work for quality assurance, and respond to unplanned events.

Key Requirements

  • •10 years managing fleet construction equipment, cranes, heavy-duty trucks, or mining equipment with relevant OEM application or product support experience.
  • •Diploma or Certificate of Completion from an accredited Vocational/Trade School for automotive, truck, diesel engine, or heavy equipment maintenance repair overhaul (MRO).
  • •Maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers.
  • •Obtain and maintain a valid TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Card).
  • •Proficient Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn computerized maintenance management systems; strong mechanical aptitude and leadership/communication skills.
