Job Summary

Lead operational, compliance, and product-focused audit engagements end-to-end, aligning work to the Internal Audit Plan. Manage and develop audit teams, performing risk assessments, building audit plans, and evaluating governance, risk management, and internal controls. Deliver clear audit reports, partner with Compliance/Legal/Finance and business leaders on remediation, and stay current on regulatory and professional auditing standards to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead complex operational, compliance, and product-focused audits from planning through reporting, aligned to the Internal Audit Plan.
•Manage and develop a team of auditors by assigning engagement responsibilities, setting expectations, and conducting performance discussions.
•Coach and mentor engagement team members to improve audit execution, technical skills, and professional development.
•Evaluate governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks and recommend control enhancements to mitigate risks.
•Deliver actionable audit reports and partner to track remediation progress, validate corrective actions, and collaborate across Compliance, Legal, Finance, and business leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 129,600 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in public accounting or financial services, including Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Risk Management, or Compliance.
•Experience leading audit teams.
•Knowledge of Global Internal Auditing Standards and latest audit techniques.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
•Relevant professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, or CRMA, plus a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent military experience).
