  • •Strong experience drafting and negotiating complex financial or technology product terms and user-facing documentation.
  • •Familiarity with digital asset regulatory frameworks (e.g., ADGM/FSRA, ESMA, FCA, MAS) is a strong advantage.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while delivering high-quality work with attention to detail.
