Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, stock, and keep the bar area clean to improve bartending team efficiency and productivity.
  • •Stay informed of current menu items and descriptions and follow Special Events guidelines for event success.
  • •Perform side duties such as stocking ice bins and liquor/beer/wine/coolers and assist with opening/running/closing tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • •Clean and assist in maintaining bar equipment and keep trash/recycling properly separated and disposed per local codes.
  • •Ensure responsible alcohol service and maintain HOB safety and sanitation standards, record maintenance issues, and attend pre-shift meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible Alcohol Training Certification (or equivalent) / required license or certification.
  • •Ability to work late hours.
  • •Flexible schedule.
  • •Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
  • •Experience in a live music environment (preferred) and ability to recognize valid IDs (preferred).
