Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•End-to-end management of a project or program of projects including scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management
•Define project tasks and prepare project plans; monitor, manage, and communicate project progress; manage scope and scope changes; motivate the project team and provide performance feedback
•Represent NICE or the Business Unit in internal and external/customer forums as a trusted adviser and assist with roadmaps and long-range plans
•Proactively manage issues; provide visibility of issues and resolutions to stakeholders and escalate as required
•Report on project status to internal and external stakeholders at agreed frequencies and manage project-related revenue and forecasting

Key Requirements

•Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher)
•Minimum 5 years of current proven experience as a PM leading teams in a matrix environment with international clients
•Experience working as a project manager for a consulting or software organization delivering solutions to external clients
•Experience managing the full software SDLC as a project manager, including discovery, design and development of custom solutions
•PMP certification desirable and a Bachelor or Master’s degree in systems engineering or related fields
