Senior Cost Control Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Own day-to-day cost management for a large-scale data center construction program, acting as the key client interface. Lead change management and cost control by evaluating, documenting, approving, and negotiating change orders while enforcing governance across multiple projects. Produce cost analysis, valuations, monthly reporting, and variance forecasting (including EVM), and support dispute avoidance through strong commercial oversight and accurate contractor data reconciliation.
