Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support in developing HRMS software and configurations across Apparel Group.
  • •Assist in reviewing HRMS data to ensure 100% accuracy and data integrity through audits.
  • •Follow all project processes, including system administration and user access management.
  • •Ensure data integrity and accuracy of employee and organization information through periodic reviews.
  • •Collaborate with other HRMS users (Payroll, Accounting, Projects, etc.) and update internal workflows and employee records.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have experience with HRMS software implementation and configuration
  • •Ability to review HRMS data for 100% accuracy
  • •Experience with system administration and data integrity audits
  • •Ability to collaborate with Payroll, Accounting, Projects, and other HRMS users
