Key Responsibilities

  • •Leads, manages, trains, develops, and motivates the cross-functional value stream team across supervisory, engineering, quality, and materials professionals.
  • •Establishes value stream goals and objectives aligned with plant goals and delivers periodic performance reviews for value stream managers under their leadership.
  • •Owns value stream cost-out opportunities, manufacturing productivity, and continuous improvement to achieve or exceed performance and financial plans.
  • •Forecasts, analyzes, and reports capacity and operational metrics including OEE/OAE, scrap, downtime, and productivity for the value stream.
  • •Champions people, health & safety, and quality initiatives (including MESH, ISO14001, NC Star Program, Eaton Quality System, and IATF16949) and supports communication across the value stream.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum two (2) years experience in operations/manufacturing.
  • •Minimum two (2) years manager of people experience or other significant leadership experience.
