Assistant Manager - Restaurant

Lead day-to-day restaurant store operations in support of the Store Manager, ensuring retail staff deliver the highest level of customer service while staying equipped with the skills and product knowledge needed to maximize sales. Take end-to-end responsibility when the Store Manager is absent, uphold company policies and brand standards, drive the loyalty program for repeat business, maintain visual merchandising, and coordinate staff scheduling and issue resolution.
