Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary contact and undertake middle/front facing agency roles & responsibilities on a portfolio of deals in accordance with finance documents and internal procedures/controls.
  • •Perform agent functions including facilitating communications, managing cash flows, maintaining registers, registering/safekeeping security, coordinating amendments/waivers, and following default/enforcement procedures.
  • •Arrange and attend calls, meetings and site visits as required; provide absence cover during busy periods.
  • •Onboard new lender records using the bank’s systems and participate in ongoing KYC reviews and static data maintenance.
  • •Review new agency documents from an agent’s perspective and provide feedback to internal departments or external legal counsel, while escalating issues in a timely manner.

  • •Good understanding of general banking operations/practices including loan administration, payments, treasury funding, static data control, document management and safe keeping.

  • •Basic understanding of accounting practices including provision of tax in relation to advisor and lender payments.
