Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet technical, programmatic and financial objectives of the study and align with Future Programs and Marketing & Sales teams
  • •Define and agree objectives for preparation of mission implementation phase
  • •Define implementation strategy and milestones, and communicate them to the team
  • •Coordinate with end-customers and internal/external teams, manage customer expectations and ensure affordable/competitive solutions
  • •Oversee study team dynamics, sequence of activities, deliverables, and owner assignments

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree in Engineering
  • •5 years’ experience in Engineering or Industrial management (in mission/platform/payload is a plus)
  • •3 years’ experience in Project Management or integrated into an operational project team
  • •Experience delivering on time, cost, and quality across project conditions with interest in business development
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a multi-disciplinary environment and manage priorities/directions
