Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day Business Care and Customer Fulfillment, ensuring accurate receipt, auditing, processing, and fulfillment of customer purchase orders.
  • •Oversee Business Care Analyst responsibilities including leadership, prioritization, coaching, and escalation support.
  • •Manage transportation and compliance analyst scope, ensuring shipments are tracked through distribution center shipment, delivery, and customer receipt.
  • •Own transportation performance (on-time pickup/delivery, customer service level, carrier capacity, distribution center execution, appointment compliance) and lead root-cause analysis for failures.
  • •Ensure customer compliance requirements are documented and embedded in day-to-day operations, managing compliance KPIs, deductions/disputes, chargebacks, and financial exposure while driving process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree in supply chain management, business management, operations management, or related (preferred).
  • •5-7 years of customer operations and/or supply chain experience (preferred).
  • •Demonstrated experience leading employees, analysts, projects, or cross-functional workstreams strongly preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of end-to-end customer order management from purchase order receipt through delivery.
  • •Experience managing transportation performance, distribution center execution, customer compliance requirements, deductions, and dispute resolution.
