Key Responsibilities

  • •Contract and implement InterSystems products successfully, in a standard way, and within timelines.
  • •Become an expert product resource for customers by understanding their processes and advising on best-fit implementation early.
  • •Advise customers on driving maximum benefits while keeping customer-specific work to a minimum and coordinating with internal teams.
  • •Act in accordance with the latest InterSystems ARIES Customer Engagement Methodology and stay current with new product developments.
  • •Deliver customer training and workshops/presentations, and be available for customer site visits including regular travel.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent communication skills with experience conducting customer training, workshops, and/or presentations.
  • •Excellent consultative skills to articulate and communicate ideas clearly.
  • •Direct customer interaction experience (including clinicians) with confidence in delivering strong messaging.
  • •Experience implementing software solutions and writing functional documents.
  • •Knowledge of information systems, with business process mapping experience and an education degree or equivalent work experience.
