Key Responsibilities

  • •Own technical product development from concept to production, ensuring design, quality, performance, and sustainability standards.
  • •Develop and create Tech Packs, including technical drawings, material/component specifications, color applications, and BOM documentation in Adobe Illustrator and PLM systems.
  • •Develop construction techniques and technical solutions to meet design intent, FOB, gross margins, and durability guidelines.
  • •Analyze 2D patterns and 3D mock-ups to optimize ergonomics, volume, and performance.
  • •Organize and lead fit/function/sample reviews, document technical comments, and coordinate timely specification updates with global factory partners.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience dedicated exclusively to developing accessories focused on bags and backpacks.
