Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise customers on SAP best practices and deliver onsite and remote services from the Premium Engagement and Success Plan portfolio to achieve customer success.
  • •Analyze and optimize core business processes for the relevant functional area, performing root-cause analysis and providing solutions.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor guiding customers through implementation projects.
  • •Support service deliveries across MaxAttention, Active Embedded, Max, Advanced and Mission Critical Support, including design evaluation, gap validation, performance optimization, and technical integration/validation.
  • •Assume the role of De-Escalation Architect for mission critical or business down scenarios.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •7+ years of experience in APO PPDS and experience in S/4HANA e-PPDS, with workshop and implementation experience designing PP/DS solutions for APO or S/4HANA.
  • •Strong understanding of ERP/S4HANA production planning execution and integration topics such as Core Interface (CIF).
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing processes and SAP solution offerings and deployment options for Supply Chain Management.
  • •Experience or knowledge integrating ePP/DS with SAP IBP and/or S/4 core PP; familiarity with APO PP/DS vs S/4 HANA PP/DS data model, integration, and functionality differences.
