Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the Asia Pacific data center growth strategy aligned with regional and business unit objectives.
  • •Lead strategic sales pursuits for large-scale data center projects across Emerson’s portfolio.
  • •Build, maintain, and expand a qualified pipeline with tracking/governance and forecasting.
  • •Develop trusted relationships with data center owners, operators, developers, EPCs, consultants, and channel partners; represent Emerson at industry events.
  • •Collaborate across business units and country organizations to identify cross-selling and integrated solution opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial automation, data center infrastructure, critical facilities, power, process automation, or related industries.
  • •Demonstrated success leading complex sales pursuits and developing strategic project pipelines.
  • •Experience with large capital project sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision makers.
  • •Ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
