Own and drive cost structures and savings for Soft Home categories by defining procurement strategy, setting short- and long-term targets, and delivering should-costing outcomes aligned to quality and ESG goals. Lead end-to-end RFP and competitive bidding with tiered manufacturing partners, build and use clean sheets for pricing transparency, and shape global sourcing strategy through upstream sourcing and value-creation initiatives, including AI-enabled scenario planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute commercial procurement category strategy and vendor distribution to improve margins as Quince scales.
•Own end-to-end RFP execution, including competitive bidding lifecycle from vendor identification through award.
•Create and use component-level clean sheets to drive pricing transparency and approve optimum cost buy events.
•Partner with the technology team to embed procurement capabilities into the Vendor Portal and Product Catalog tools.
•Lead upstream sourcing and value creation initiatives to reshape the supply chain and extract new financial value, including verticalization and volume consolidation plays.

Key Requirements

•12-15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a retail home environment.
•Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners.
•Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation.
•Strong analytical skills with comfort in data-driven decision making.
•Bachelor’s degree required (MBA/advanced degree a plus).
