Build polished, high-performance front-end interfaces while shaping the UI directly in code. You’ll develop responsive web applications with Ruby on Rails, Hotwire (Turbo & Stimulus), and modern JavaScript, and evolve a design system using View Components. Partner with product, engineering, and design to improve usability, accessibility, and performance, and optimize mobile-first experiences including Turbo Native. Work fully remote in an AI-augmented development workflow.

•Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to build functional, beautiful user interfaces.
•Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive web applications using Ruby on Rails, Turbo, Stimulus, and JavaScript.
•Contribute to and evolve the design system using View Components and iterate on prototypes in code.
•Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot) as part of daily workflow.
•Diagnose front-end issues and optimize performance, including mobile-first features and Turbo Native experiences.
