Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and support shipments in and out of the BW warehouse, including delivery and LTL operations.
  • •Review and inspect trailers to approve or reject based on safety and ISO/SQF standards.
  • •Maintain warehouse organization (cleaning/removing damaged or disorderly product) and verify inventory for shipments and lost parts.
  • •Load/unload shipments and manage inter-department calls/emails to facilitate communication and materials conveyance.
  • •Coach/redirect team members and monitor new hires during their first 60 days to ensure tasks are completed.
