Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate machinery to ensure continuous product flow through the production process.
  • •Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed; notify the supervisor if maintenance is required while maintaining a safe work environment.
  • •Perform operator care including basic lubrication, inspection adjustments, repairs, and cleaning.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 3 months of machine or packer operator experience (documented on your application).
  • •Minimum of 6 months of continuous work in the last 3 years.
  • •Willingness to be exposed to cold/damp work environment (28–42 degrees).
  • •Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical lifting/moving from inventory to robotic equipment (min 25 lbs).
