Key Responsibilities

  • •Structuring, negotiating and executing non-project debt facilities including RCFs, working-capital/growth debt, and holdco lines.
  • •Owning trading financing that supports power-trading operations, including liquidity, margin and collateral facilities.
  • •Leading financings end to end from the principal side, covering diligence, term sheets, documentation and close.
  • •Building and owning transaction models and analysis for capital structure, covenants, scenarios and returns.
  • •Managing lender and counterparty relationships through the facility life cycle, including drawdowns, reporting, covenant compliance and refinancing.

Key Requirements

  • •2 to 5 years in leveraged finance, restructuring or M&A at a leading bank, advisory boutique or fund.
  • •Proven execution experience on live financing or M&A transactions, ideally with exposure to leveraged or structured debt.
  • •Excellent financial modelling and structuring skills, with judgment to turn analysis into decisions.
  • •Ability to run transactions and direct advisors, lenders and counsel under time pressure.
  • •Strong quantitative or STEM background.
