Corporate Finance Associate

Own and execute the principal side of capital financings that fund a rapidly scaling renewables business. Structure, negotiate, and close non-project debt and holdco lines, and lead trading financing across liquidity, margin, and collateral needs. Build transaction models and covenant/scenario analysis, manage lender and counterparty relationships, and partner with leadership on capital strategy as the business grows.
